Couple nice plays today by the Slackers.
Rocky made an unbelievable stop at the hot corner and hosed the guy at 1st.
Also there was a double relay from the Slackers OF to nail George at the dish. (Sorry guys I can't remember who was involved but it was worthy)
OK as long as I am givin out props...Some of the Nomads played good D (namely the OF...too bad you guys were lacking sticks)
Maher even though you did like 970 push ups you have improved alot over the last couple years.
Frank, Bucky and Jawad you guys kill me with your comments but unfortunately I get my hands slapped by the umpires when I try to comment back.

in the first two innings i tried to make two double plays but my off-balance throws to first base were kinda off target.
Then the JoSox went on and Spanked me Hard in every freaking inning.
Just for the record.. each ball that passed 3rd base was hit hard, None were easy ground balls.

FACT : Team Canardlys never Complain about any calls and respect umps! and if there was an unclear call, They ask for clarification...with a smile!

I know you were just having fun and giving me a bit of a hard time, but I really enjoyed it, and tried to be fair for both teams with the strike zone... next time I will extend the strike zone as per the new memo... It was great fun, and love it when you guys cheer us on....
We need to get the black appels with the screwed up attitude off the team... they make us look bad and act wrong....
Lets stay positive and think positive, we should be fine, we don't need negative people on our team...

You know I am just giving you a good time as well. If I thought something was serious I would address you personally like I did between inningsand even then all I was looking for was an explanation what I got so it's all good.
The strike zone is the umpires discretion...I expand it a little for the men and keep it the same as always for the women. The key is remaining consistent.
I can’t even get myself to trash the Nomads anymore. I mean when you are trash, what's left to rip.

You guys might want to consider another league, the Special Olympics maybe. Just throwing it out there.
